anyway I am also watching the Taiwanese drama, In time with you and the Chinese drama, Sweet Dreams and enjoying both-I am expanding my taste haha-It is helping me get back into dramas again
I’ve started sweet dreams! I’m also watching Behind Your Smile and Love Me if You Dare. Those last two have a violent element that I apparently need right now.
I LOVED Behind Your Smile — it’s hella melodramatic but was exactly what I craved when I was watching it. Still have to finish Love Me If You Dare, but am debating starting Sweet Dreams. I’m just worried it’ll collapse into pointless melodrama and I’ll get mad at it.
How is Sweet Dreams? I’m debating giving it a shot since I like Dilraba. Also, In Time With You was my first Taiwanese drama and remains one of my favorite dramas of all time. There’s something about that story and the characters and the chemistry between the leads that just made the whole thing click for me.
Sweet dreams is sweet and funny and so far mostly avoided melodrama. I like the floristry theme, the silly squabbles between the leads, the weird and wacky dream sequences and the cast. I would say it works well as a filler drama, something to watch for fun if you have the time.
In time with you I just finished and it is a favourite for me too. I found it so real, warm and funny and the lead couple was one of those OTPs that I was desperate to see together. It certainly had something magical about it, nearly everything just worked in it.
Does it stay light and fluffy like Love O2O or a Love So Beautiful? Because so many C-dramas have gone the way of the sudden crazy that I have trust issues with them now. Weirdly, with TW-dramas I expect 1-1.5 episodes of stupid, so I can handle it, but some C-dramas have gone so off the rails for me that I can’t anymore.

I liked In Time With You, I skipped a bit to the end, but overall it was good!

Perhaps I shall wait until it’s finished to start…but I’m also almost caught up on Between, which means I need some fluffy filler soon.
