Yay! It always confused me so much when they put the names backwards. I’d be staring at the screen thinking “who’s Minho Lee???” Then read it the proper way “oooooh! Lee Minho!”
As someone whose name keeps getting flipped around whenever I sign up for accounts that require my name—my name is in Chinese, so it follows the family name-given name format—this makes me really relieved.
If we don’t swap Western names around and start calling Johnny Depp “Depp Johnny”, I simply don’t see why Western sites have to do it to non-Western names, except stubbornness to fit every other culture to their own conventions.

Omo! Netflix is now putting names in their proper order!
Oh. I guess they must be working their way through manually.
