To answer your question in short…JTBC gave the license to Netflix

I’m quite sure the DB staff do recaps out of the kindness of their hearts, and not because they own any one anything. I understand that you’d love to see recaps for your show, but maybe you shouldn’t sound so… demanding?

I have to say though that I’m disappointed too. I read the recaps before watching, but DB tries to do recaps after ppl can watch and Netflix is ruining that.
