I was surprised and moved by the Legend of Fuyao Ep. 60-61 story arc shared by Wuji’s Royal Aunt, Xuanyuan Xiao (nickednamed A’rong) and her estranged husband Prince De. Having regained her sanity, she was devastating as she delivered the truths her ex needed to hear. Even though she would not forgive him, she still gave him gave him a tender sendoff before his last battle!

It took me a couple of minutes to recognize her and put two and two together. I was wondering if her daughter is really dead because who else is going to take the throne, assuming Wuji rejects it, assuming he and Fuyao come out alive, assuming they decide to live a normal life. Will all this be answered or will it be rushed at the end as some have said?
So she isn’t really Wuji’s aunt then. She’s his stepmom…

Just to make things more messed up, I wonder if Lian’er, XX’s beloved lost daughter, was Tai Yan Fei Yan’s bitchy disciple.

I’m not sure we’ll find out what actually happened to her. Guess we can talk about it in a few hours! So curious as to where they really are in the last scene on that bridge, and where have I seen those clothes before?

*sigh* I won’t be able to watch the finale until later tonight, after work and my book club. I’ll look for your on your fan page!

I’ll get it on Viki raw in a few hours, but DF won’t have it until late this afternoon (Pacific Daylight Savings Time). Viki won’t have it subbed until late night. I’m just hoping that I can tell the ending when it’s still raw.

I hope she isn’t, but I can’t think of any other females in the series. Won’t she be Wuji’s half sister?

Also, the thought of something being rushed after 66 freaking episodes is so puzzling. Fingers crossed …
