New month, new podcast! This month’s Long Yak is shorter than usual, to match our bizarrely short watchlists. We discuss:

– TIME and KIM JONG-HYUN’s departure from the show
– YOUR HOUSE-HELPER
– 30 BUT 17
– FULL HOUSE (2004)
– MY PRINCESS (2011)

This time ’round, I heard the podcast before I saw your post about it and I was like, “Am I early?”, lol. I don’t really comment on youtube, but I wanted to let you ladies know that I really like your podcasts! I listen to them while I clean and they motivate me to clean more so I can hear all of it, hehe!😊

I listen to it while I have things to do in the kitchen and it helps me get more done too.

That’s great! I, on the other hand, am useless for the hour and a half that I’m listening XD

Thus: no dramas, no podcasts DO YOUR WORK SAYA

Missed this yesterday! As usual, thanks for sharing and making my lunch more enjoyable <3

About KJH, I wonder if he was already ill, or if he started having these issues after he accepted this role. I think terminal illness is always really difficult to portray for actors (I remember reading something about Emma Thompson being drained after Wit) especially if his previous work was something as silly and lighthearted as Waikiki. People complaining about him stepping down don't even deserve an adjective. So yeah.
I also can't believe 2/3 of TLY hadn't watched Full House! It must be hilarious to watch now, but I don't think I'm up for a rewatch lol. I already had my quota of unexplainable Rain fashion to last me forever.
I started My Princess only because LeeKi was going to be in it, and even though I ended up enjoying the OTP, I kind of always forgot to watch it. It took me around 2 months after it ended to complete, mainly because I got bored. I've been watching 12-ep-long dramas lately so maybe we'll get more substance rather than length in the future!

I started My Princess after Saya talked about it in the TLY. I took a bathroom break sometime in the middle of the first episode, then my dog wanted to be walked. I remembered three days later that I’d left that ep at midpoint, but I still haven’t been able to muster up the interest to go back and finish it. XD

        *snort*

@natzillagorilla all thirds have watched Full House now XD (see: my twitter meltdowns XD) and 1/3 certainly regrets it XD That’s 16 hours I could’ve put into rewatching Golden Cross.

And this is terrible but Lee Ki-kwang’s impossible lips kept distracting me in My Princess (in a bad way). I mean, are they natural? Were they full of filler? Was he literally bee-stung? Or did they make me think of worms? It’s a mystery.
