Thanks for posting the link. I think it needs a part two that delves into the food supply a little more. They’re learning more about how genes and gut bacteria change based on what we eat, stress and illness.
I’m fascinated by the gut bacteria info I’ve read! The US food supply is so distorted by the way our taxes underwrite certain crops (and not others) but as you say, that’s another whole article!
