Everyone should know that Coco is just as funny and nice and awesome as she is online. And our meetup wasn’t awkward at all. Or, at least, I didn’t find it awkward… I don’t know about Coco. 😅 We had so much to talk about despite having never met in person before! And of course, dramas and DB featured prominently in our conversations.
1. It was a wonderful day of friends ( @mindy ), bookshops (went to my favorites in the Windy City), and finally hot cocoa with my family!! ☺️☺️
2. I WANT TO MEET YOU TOO! Now I’m serious, if I’m ever comfortable enough financially, I’m just going to spend a year traveling around the world to friends both online and off ~
3.They say the high numbers of fall babies are the result of excesses during Christmas and New Years celebrations ~ 🧐😝

I’ll hopefully be on the other side of the world in a couple of years so let’s go crazy in Japan together sometime <3

Oh, and who might he be? I’m in a drama slump currently and only barely keeping abreast of 100 day Prince (read, two episodes behind on the only drama I’m watching 😬)
Aw shucks @mindy ~~ it was a pleasure to celebrate our birthdays together! It was so weird and wonderful to meet someone and have so many mutual friends to talk about (though quite funny stumbling over internet names spoken aloud for the first time as though real names).
Though, I must protest that Mindy lied about me. I did my best awkward finger guns, and mayhap even a hair flip in person ( @justme & @bammsie i think I have recommended these for your awkward endeavors as well). I mean, it could mean that my attempts at awkwardness failed, in which case I only have myself to blame for not reaching my own high standard.
(Sorry for the late reply, I decided to try this new concept of shutting off my phone while I’m at work, not sure how long I’ll keep it up of course…)
