The ending revelation kinda made all the intensity useless. I mean, I just don’t understand why Jinkook wouldn’t tell Jinkang about all this. A teeny part of me wanted them to commit suicide together.

I am glad that no suicide in this drama. romeo and juliet is masterpiece, but the ending is stupid one. like sure, it’s an easy way out and seems romantic (?), but it is just cowardice action and send wrong message that when everything get rough, just die. I am glad at the end MY finally said ‘no, i want to live’. it feels like Jk finally succeed to change MY to better person.

I thought the “I want to live” felt rushed. But I was fine with it. I didn’t want him to die. I wanted him to go to prison and she could be his prison wife and go visit him every visiting day and then he’d be released and they’d go live on a farm or something. But, I thought this whole final few eps felt rushed.

At first i thought that too. But after 3 times replaying that particular scene, I got different impression (and that becomes my fav one). there’s a pause there between answer and words, and MY face says it all. he has came to a term where he has this will or care enough to live (even if he reluctant to admit it), and that his first decision to suicide was because he felt he has to do it to ‘redeem’ his sin and not because he wanted to.

My hope also for them to live. and exactly like you wanted, minus living on a farm. even after watching the jversion, I wasn’t anticipated this ending at all. My only regret only, really, no kiss at all?
