Here’s my quick version of a fixer upper of the ending of Fox Bride Stay. I do not have the strength to watch the full last episode (only watched the second half but here it goes). I hope this version will please you all, because without it I cannot get any closure.

I couldn’t care less what happens to him or what actually happened to him. In Woo is caught by the police and apparently there’s a big smuggling operation going on the airport and the gangsters are behind it. They all go to jail. In Woo is sentenced to 10 years in prison. Lee Seo Yoon’s character visits him (once) in his wheelchair. And for the first time, In Woo breaks into tears (remorse?idk but that’s the only redemption you get from me)

*There is no year time jump.*

Yeorum’s boss (the lady idk her name) gets promoted.

The guy in charge of transportation quits and opens his own limousine business with the big guys. It’s successful.

Yeo rum’s friend (Yo Seob? You know, the second lead), instead of going on a trip and saying that he’ll always be whatever Yeo Rum wants (geez boy), he remains her friend but slowly grows apart from her (you know, life, cuz she has her own issues). Soon after, a young lady starts working in his department (cameo by Park Eun bin?). She’s ditzy and playful but works hard. He’s her sunbae and teaches her how to deal with crises. She looks at him in admiration and he finally knows what it means to be appreciated. They silently steal glances at each other. Dusty is around the corner 😉

Our security couple is dating in secret (Except it’s not so much a secret) Yoo Joung (the girl (i think thats her name)) is transferred to another team. The couple has now upgraded from wearing not only matching colourful socks to wearing matching scarves, matching mitts and eating lunch boxes together.

Rewind to that part where Seo Yoon is in bed with Yeo Rum. She asks him if he’d love her if she were physically handicapped. Seo Yoon nods slowly after much though. «Then why can’t you love yourself?» He starts to cry that it’s not fair. Yeo Rum cries with him and agrees. «but what I think is the most not fair is you not giving yourself a chance.» Seo Yoon continues to cry and admits «i cant go back. i dont want to be different.» he pulls out the remote and the wheelchair comes to his bed. He moves himself into it. «this is the real me. and I hate it». She smiles and sits on his lap *WHEELCHAIR KISS*.
«Why can’t you see what I see in you? I see a man on a chair and a woman who loves him no matter what.» She proceeds to confess that she was adopted cuz her real mother did not want her. or something controversial that i cant think up right now (its the secret her schoolmate tried to reveal)
Soo Yeon says it doesn’t matter to him. he says:
«I promise I’ll fix myself no matter what so I can be the man you deserve» (im cringing at myself but Im trying to be true to the content)
Soo Yeon continues to cry and he injects himself with that green light thing.

1 month later.

Yeo Rum is walking in the airport. She’s still a messy employee but accepts criticism and learns. She hears dusty. «DUST» «DUST».
She looks to find someone.

She find Seo Yoon in a wheel chair. «I wasn’t able to fix my body» he confesses. Yeo Rum doesn’t care and runs in his lap (2nd wheel chair kiss yo). She hugs him.
Seo Yoon hugs back with BOTH arms.

THE END.

This is canon. The one true ending. Thank you. (especially for security couple’s matching socks, scarves, mitts, and lunches)

I didn’t even watch a second of this but that ending makes me smile! If only k-writers ask us beanies before writing the last episode of any drama!

i think it does need one from farther back but i wrote this quickly (15-20min) and one from farther back requires more work. Sooo many things to fix in this drama, which is a shame cuz of all the potential.

I’m going with this ending. I decided this is the one true ending but they couldnt act it out because Lee Je Hoon went who knows where. As far as I am concerned they had a wheel chair happy ending and if you say anything else i cant hear you.
    ……
I might watch the other one because i dont mind bad fanfiction and i love csb’s face. But since they CUT OUT the main actor anyway, it remains no more than fanfiction to me.

I think that’s what it comes down to– the reason why i stuck around: Lee Je Hoon and CSB’s faces. I hate myself hahahaha.

I’ll hate watch it later so I can have another year end bean. I knew they’d totally mess it up.

There is no other ending than this one.

Whatever happened on the screen is now erased from my memory and this replaced by this.

Thank you @justme for fixing my brain
