Adult life is when you started watching youtube videos on how to iron cotton shirts and felt envious over the perfectly ironed, wrinkle free shirts.

Let the shirt cool first flat on the ironing table. If you hang it hot it will wrinkle along all the draping lines.

In my case, it the wrinkle just won’t go away, or they would go away in a bit an magically reappear a second later, as if the ironing never happened

Spray LOTS of water, iron on hot setting until all the water has evaporated, leave that section to cool, and then move on to the next section. Yeah, it’s definitely not easy. Using starch spray is sometimes helpful too, but not always. Doing it while re-watching a good drama is always helpful.

Adult life is when I decided that I can’t stand ironing shirts and started paying a business to do it for me (plus started buying more shirts that don’t need ironing).

I am seriously considering this too, after my first option of splurging in garment steamer was aborted due to bad reviews

That’s the best option actually. Cotton is lovely, but not for shirts with too many seams and parts.

I still can’t imagine how a business shirt doesn’t need ironing. You just let it hang dry and that’s it?

I have a dryer, so it depends on the fabric.

Actually if you straighten the cloth by wagging(?) – i can find the right word, basically what AhnJaehyun do in Beauty Inside- it a little bit, the weight of the water would help the cloth keep it less wrinkly state when it dried.
Obviously wouldn’t be as sleek as ironed one, but it make the job easier.
