I have only seen it once. Must be a thing where you’re from. 😅 Was ridiculous weird (and really good) where I’m from. I can see why it’s a thing. I hope it becomes a thing here too.
Oh, I thought fruit was common. Pineapple pizza is yummy. Not my favorite, but I’ll eat it! I had this squash + pomegranate pizza the other day, it was amaazing.
But are the cranberries the only topping on there? I get if they’re pairing it with something to balance the flavors, but it does seem a bit strange to have straight cran.
*slinks off* That was.. a longer ramble than I meant to type.
I’ve never had pizza + fruit before. And trust me “Italian” (where you find pizza in menus) is pretty good here – but you have to go to a more expensive place. The kind that has thin crust wood fired pizzas (my favourite) may also have fruit combinations with pizza. Which is where I had pineapple. ^-^
Oooooh, those are my favorite kinds, too. There’s this little place that’s not really a place, because it’s just a grill and a few staff – they stake out different sections of downtown and make pizzas hot and fresh on a grill. Pretty darn amazing, and it has a lot of unusual menu items. Pity we have to travel 7 hours in order to have it again. 😂
This reminds me Bams, I made cranberry gluten free tea cookies the other day ~ I found this 1-to-1 gluten free flour mixture that works like a dream in cookies and cupcakes…

Oh, that sounds amazing!! May I be let in on the secret? My sister’s gone gluten-free for health reasons, and well, it’s always good to expand the repertoire. So many different diets and restrictions and allergies nowadays.

We eat pineapples on pizza regularly. It’s called Hawaiian pizza here!

Pineapple + pizza = an abomination
But you and @mindy can eat it if you like. However, you are wrong.
Truthfully, I don’t like pineapple cooked whether it’s pizzafied, baked, or some other concoction.

The best pizza has pineapples on it. It’s like pi-squared, they are meant to be.

I’m all for pineapple on pizza with the qualification that is has to be a Hawaiian pizza – ham or Canadian bacon as the other topping.

Just realized I had never responded 😑
It’s Bob’s Red Mill, which generally has good flours, but their 1-2-1 worked great in cupcakes and cookies for me. The texture can seem a bit crumblier at first, but they set up wonderfully and were really magical the next day (so, I would suggest doing the baking the night before you take them somewhere)
