    Hi @pakalanapikake! I loved the link you shared about Da Kine and koshigi on the WWW post – so interesting! It really does seem to be used in a similar way. I’m really enjoying this show as well. Though that last scene of episode 6 was suuuper dramatic, but it works with the over the top tone of the drama.

    Happy holidays! 🙂

      @laica,

      Aw, shucks. You’re so welcome. 😉 I was surprised to notice the parallel between “geoshigi” and “da kine.”

      I’ll post a follow-up to my original comments on the satoori used in TOP STAR YOO BAEK in What We’re Watching: http://www.dramabeans.com/2018/12/team-dramabeans-what-were-watching-135/comment-page-2/. I unearthed some interesting tidbits from my notes on ONCE UPON A TIME IN A BATTLEFIELD and BATTLEFIELD HEROES.

      Speaking of satoori, I’ve been enjoying hearing it in MAMA FAIRY AND THE WOODCUTTER, too.

      Happy holidays to you and yours. Here’s to a promising new year of Kdramas. As always, thank you for your recaps! 😉
