This was Lee Sang Yoon’s second attempt after a disastrous first, and smooth as he was, he was also unsuccessful in getting her take the drink.

I was actually kind of disappointed that the show didn’t highlight that. Yes, it was a game, and Sung-jae’s technique was silly and juvenile, but ultimately his approach gave her a real choice.
