I am eating the last piece of homemade tiramisu in secret because it is sooo good and watching ep 9 of Memories of the Alhambra! Not sure what got into me, but I watched a tutorial on how to make tiramisu from scratch and tackled it! I even boiled vodka, strong espresso, sugar, and vanilla bean to make Kahlua – the liquor called for in the recipe. Worth every single step of the 2 2/2 hrs it took to make this. Everyone loved it and sibe aid it was the best dessert he’d ever had.
