      This show makes Mondays feel less Monday-like. It’s by no means a revolutionary drama, but these guys all look like they’re having so much fun and the story is cute and fluffy and perfect for starting the week off. Especially after SKY Castle on the weekends.

        Totally agree with you @snarkyjellyfish I look forward to Mondays but now it’s hard to decide what to watch first – Clean with Passion or the Crowned Clown?
        It seems laughter works better first.

          I have Revenge Returns and Clean With Passion as my Monday shows, and while both are fun and fluffy, Clean is definitely the one I can turn my brain off to more easily. Whenever I have a heavy drama and a fluffy one on the same day, I usually leave the fluffy one for later, just to recover from the first.

          I will probably check out Crowned Clown at some point, but if the episodes keep being 90 mins it’ll be hard to find motivation no matter how much I love Yeo Jin-gu.

            I think the 90 min episodes were only for the first week. At least I hope so. Tonight I’m going to watch Strange Hero as well.

            90 min episodes are why I couldn’t finish Reply 1994, Hwayugi, and Goblin and the reason I didn’t even attempt Reply 1988. TvN has had a habit of late of bloating their popular shows which annoys the crap out of me because it actually leads to sloppier storytelling and there’s too much filler. I don’t mind a first episode, or even a first week of longer eps, but the habit gets irritating. Also, I don’t usually have the time to watch 90 mins at once which means that my attention lags. I don’t mind like 67-70 mins like JTBC does, because I find those shows rarely waste the time given. But I don’t need a mini movie every week. I’ll watch an actual movie for that, thank you very much.

            Clearly I don’t have strong feelings on the issue…anyway, hopefully Crowned Clown doesn’t get bloated, and I can make time for it one day.
