I’ve rewatched certain eps many many times. I understand the appeal all too well. It’s amazing how well the drama holds up to this day. Heck, it’s better than many dramas today!
Coffee Prince was my second kdrama and at that time I did not know Gong-Yoo! It took me about 10 episodes to start appreciating his acting, his amazing butt (don’t ask me how I know, I know Ok!) and then his looks. Since then of course my appreciation for him has increased tenfold.
Watching this the second time (am only in second episode) I am totally loving this one (am totally FF second leads though). I am seeing things in a Fresh light and I seem to love it way better than my first watch.
I love the Warm camaraderie between the OTP already. Can’t wait to watch the remaining episodes and relish it.
They don’t make dramas like these anymore! No wonder classics are classics!!
This was my first Gong Yoo drama too! And I think the only Yoon Eun Hye drama that I managed to finish with content 🤔🤔 (Had to fight my way through finishing Goong) But yeah I miss dramas from the past like this too and I do come back to them when I’m in deep k-drama slump 😪

I honestly loved Eun Hye more! Gong Yoo is phenomenal and he is beautiful. But to me Eun Chan made a lasting impression that has still stuck around! On every re watch I have marvelled each time how connected she was to her character. I don’t think I have ever seen a more convincing portrayal of a guy by a girl!
True. I really like her in this role. She totally did not hold back. I was very impressed by her during my first watch 🙂 so the second watch am seeing more Yoo!!

I need to schedule a rewatch…the first time I couldn’t make myself stop and stayed up until 2 am for 3 nights in a rows.
