Totally agree!! Providence, I tell you. I love Chan-nie boy but, I do not think he would have had the gravitas to pull of some of the parts like Kyun Sang did. I could be bias – BUT …….. 😍

i’m aware about the age gap too (of coz) but tbh, it’s not Kyunsang who is too old for the role (i think he’s quite age appropriate), but Yoojung is kinda too young to play Ohsol. her drunken scenes weren’t very convincing that i question if she ever get drunk in real life before. i was bit concerned about the age gap too at 1st, but as time goes by, the worry disappeared & the BTS videos proved it too. so all in all, i’m really happy that Kyunsang picked this project!
& yes! i would have SLS too if it’s the original casting. since we have seen Kyunsang as Seongyeol, it’s tough to visualise Hyoseop as that character too. Jaerim was so swoony! i hope the 2 leading men will maintain their friendship since they are of similar age~
oh & if it’s the original casting, i think Kwak Siyang was up for that shitty sunbae role & i’m glad it didn’t happen. coz i love Siyang & i’m so sick & tired of him being the bad guy!
i watched him debut in SBS weekender, Glorious Day. i didn’t watch the 2 dramas u mentioned. saw him in Chicago Typewriter, Fight My Way, Mirror of the Witch. i liked him in Second to Last Love.

I’m aware that Yoon Kyunsang was a replacement for Ahn Hyoseop due to conflicting schedules, but I’m so damn glad now.
Jang Seongyeol, thanks for being Kyunsang’s first romcom role. I really enjoyed it. 🤗

Oh yes- Kwak Si Yang – I like him too but his roles besides oh My Ghost and Persevere Goo Hae Ra have not been very interesting

He’s personable enough in certain roles but somehow he comes off a bit bland in others.
