As my nick states, Iโm new to kdrama world, but Iโve been watched tv shows for, maybe, twenty years. So, I know that rumors and sour and disrespectful comments are unfortunately common towards actors and actresses, but I was very hit by many of them I read (mostly on YouTube) when Encounter/Boyfriend was on air (above all because SHK was a married woman), because of their particular sourness and meanness.
But I donโt want to write about this now. These days I am being really disgusted by the amount of videos YouTube proposes to me about rumors about Song-Song divorce. I canโt believe people use their time to make that kind of videos. Even if it were true, it would be a hurtful and very personal matter. Last year a dear friend of mine was on the edge of divorcing, and it was a very painful situation and even now I am sad thinking the pain she went through.
Probably the first things one thinks about actor/actresses are that they are lucky, or rich, or good-looking, but they are above all persons, that have feelings, bad days and problems as anyone. And I donโt think they are โused toโ all this. Surely they are more used to than me or someone that posts a photo or a comment for the first time, but no one is made of wood.
I know this is an โoldโ matter, and I was unsure if posting this here or not, but it doesnโt stop hitting me.
I hope YouTube algorithm is good enough to understand what the โIโm not interested inโ button means.
ya!.. and its disgusting to see how people use the kiss in the drama to be justify their speculation on romance.
I mean, 1) it wasn’t that amazing a kiss 2) what part of profession and professionalism they don’t understand 3) if actors didn’t do their job then they’d be screaming why she is in the drama if she can’t do justice to the role 4) not everyone wants to kiss or be kissed by park bogum.. he is the flashy new toy..many have come and gone as far as celeb crush is considered
Exactly. It’s their job! What a married actress should do? Stay at home and wait to look old enough to be offered the role of the mother or the old aunt?
And you’re perfectly right: if the kiss(es) were worse, there would be comments and comments about her/their bad acting.
imagine if this is what they think of their own society, what they may think of Americans or West.. their women have better opportunities than women elsewhere..atleast they are not judging a married actress on her divorce or kissess..
But, then what this tells us is these folks might be viewing an entire society as something of an object
Thanks for commenting. I understand your point, but at the same time I want to underline that with my post I don’t want to point my finger at a specific country. Judging from photos and/or languages used to write that comments (I didn’t do a deeper research, honestly), they were from lots of countries. And I don’t know the origins of the videos, I don’t open them (that continue showing up anyway, thanks YT algorithm). I want to express my disgust and sadness due to insensitivity and disrespect towards other people. And only for some clicks.
No sorry.. didn’t mean it specific country..
we have had a rape case.. and it was sickening to see the excuse these guys gave pinning it all on what they see in movies.. i shall edit my statement..

No need to be sorry, I like exchanging opinions; I only wanted no misunderstandings.
And what?? There are no excuses for such a horrible act!!!!
