Yeah. I really like it – I’m not particularly tired & I feel stretched out/not stiff. Since you’re with an instructor (I read below), your routine is probably more strict. I just do stuff I already know (with inputs from my mum) – like say the padamasan & it’s variations – and add some stuff from YT videos. โบ๏ธ
Not often ๐คฃ. Yesterday was my first try. Maybe I’ll join next week’s yoga session. But I was struggling to follow the instructor. I’m not really coordinated and also stiff 😅

Padmasan* – the one where you sit crossed legged but your legs are crossed over not under. Simple stuff..😅

I’m not sure which version of yoga I did. I just tried to follow what the instructor did hehe
