My favorite lyrics, are, unsurprisingly, Yoongi’s, from “Home”:
“The world thinks we own the whole world,

I own everything I want,
It feels empty.
Unfamiliar feeling,
That person with everything.”
… from here he ties it into the theme of the song i.e. that fans/ARMY are BTS’s home.
It’s a beautiful throwback to their debut, “No More Dream” which criticizes the pressure and expectations on kids in school. Here he raps, “I wanna big house, big cars and big rings,
But in reality, I don’t have any big dreams.”
Ooooooh. I haven’t read any lyrics but that paragraph alone is pretty powerful. I would probably like it less if I read the bit about the fans so I won’t and I’ll just take this as it stands alone, which in itself I think has a really sad but important meaning.
