My sons think I’ve gone mad. “Are you watching your kdrama again, mom?” It’s amazing that they automatically assume I am watching korean dramas even when they can hear that it’s Chinese.

I am laughing out loud(yup, every single episode!) and squeeing(more and more) like a teenage girl. What happened to the woman who don’t like rom coms? Especially the young ones!

I really like how the show captures the flutters of first love – every move, every touch is magical. Even the slow mo is real. You kinda shut out everything and the world literally revolves around your love in those moments.

I’m almost all caught up. Will put up the least spoilerish picture here

    These are the dramas that I like: Dramas where even the slo-mo sucks you in because it feels real, it feels raw, it feels relatable but not forced and not done for the sake of trying to make the viewer ‘savour’ the moment– which is what I feel like Korean romcoms tend to do A LOT and then I am completely distracted by all the theatrics and get sucked OUT of the moment and can’t enjoy the drama anymore

      Yes! yes! yes! I hate slow mo so I am surprised I like them in this show. Although my first romance was *ahem* decades ago….I can relate to how Momo is feeling.

    Chick flicks are my kind of dramas that’s why this is hitting the right buttons for me. Honestly throw me in Mr. Nice Guy headlining the drama my way, that will be an automatic watch for me!

    And lol they’re staring into each other’s soul.. again.

    I’m still waiting to start this with the hubs, who is more into cdramas lately. The anticipation is killing me though!

    started this on my Sat afternoon and now I’m all caught up on subbed episodes,while dying to watch the raws…there’s just something about in dramas like this that just gets to me.
