“You seem like a different person. Why are you like this?”
    -fact:
*SM keeps on saying, whatever Ahn say with his psychometric powers cannot be used as legal evidence.
*SM listen to Jisoo’s words and said its time for him to return
*SM planted all the little crumbs to lead the team to figure out that he has something to do with the case
    *SM has gained emotions already
    -theory:
*Ever since gaining human emotions, he has been living with regret (for whatever it is that I hope he did not do). However, at that time he still wants to capture Mr. Murderman and protect mother so he cannot turn himself in. At the same time, he feels sorry for Lee Ahn and JaeIn because whatever happened during the apartment fire case, is still linked to him, no matter directly or indirectly. This is the reason (apart from the one that she made him smile) that he supports JaeIn financially and that he goes back to find Ahn. As for the reason why he wants Ahn to fully develop his powers is so that he would be able to capture him and thus help to make his powers widely accepted by the legal/police world. Which is the same reason why he kept on denying his actions during his recorded statement and mentioning Ahn’s psychometric powers: to get them to accept Ahn!! (he still has a beautiful hearttt!! hyungggg… 😭😭)

Another Theory as to why SM kidnapped Mr. Murderman:
    -Fact
*SM said he will make MR. M feel pain
*SM said in Ahn’s vision, the person who will find you will see [your cry for help]
    -Theory
*SM did not really want to kill Mr. M but wanted to get his hands on him so that he could force Mr. M to acquire some human emotions, especially the emotion pain. why? So that when Ahn uses his psychometric powers, he will be able to capture Mr. M and sentence him to what he deserves. If SM did not kidnap Mr. M and make him feel pain, Mr. M won’t feel anything when he is sentenced to prison. But now, after knowing what pain feels like, he will be able to ponder about his deeds while he fills his sentence.
