Remembering ‘Mary stayed out all night’ has led me to wonder what’s up with Jang Geun Seuk. He was one of my early loves. I was about to say he hasn’t been in anything in a while but then I remembered ‘Switch’ and the fact that he enlisted last year. (So much has happened and too many people enlisted that I lost count.) The last thing I saw him in was ‘The royal gambler’ which I never got to finish because… Sageuk! Was Switch any good? I think some beanies watched it? Would you recommend it?

It was good but not exceptional. The trucks of doom early on made me laugh pretty hard.

Switch was fun, but nothing spectacular story and plot-wise. It does have an excellent pairing in Jang Geun-suk and Han Ye-ri, though. Her character was pretty badass while he seemed like he was having a lot of fun in the role.

Switch was fun, but it took…a long time…for me to get into it. A long time. I remember thinking that I was glad I stuck with it, though, because I did really enjoy it once it got good. I agree with @snarkyjellyfish about the casting: Jang Geun-suk and Han Ye-ri were excellent; they really shone through the whole show.

I really enjoyed Switch. It was fun and he did great playing two roles.

I liked Switch A Lot. It was perfectly fun. And I couldn’t believe my eyes how good JGS was! It’s like I expected him to have forgotten how to act? Something like that. And he took me by surprise. I loved that we had an effective villain, but the hero got the upper hand quite a lot of times too.
