I am saying it now, One Spring Night is one of the most beautiful gems ever created in kdramaland. I am so in love with it, and all the subtle things about the show just leave me yearning for more.

    I love the cinematography and all but I’m still wondering what made Jiho fall in love with jeongin when she entered the pharmacy for the first time. I mean as a ‘forever single’ and ‘i don’t believe in all that love at first life bojo’ person I really can’t grasp the reason behind his sudden gush of emotion. On the other JeongIn’s feeling seem much “rational” as she’s been in a mundane relationship and can be triggered by someone else’s approach.

      Love at first sight is bullsh*t, I don’t believe it either but I think it’s fate, harder to believe but I wanted to kid myself. Once in a blue moon, you might get the chance to meet someone and for some magical reason, you might feel a certain connection. It may sound super cliche and cheesy but I think it’s the work of the universe, conspiring at once to let them meet. I don’t believe Jiho fell in love with her at the pharmacy right after their eyes met, but I do feel he felt some kind of hope and connection… that meeting her might be the start of something beautiful.

        I agree!!! I don’t think it is exclusive to lovers, but I do also believe in instances where and when you just feel an instant connection with someone, even upon first glance… I met one of my closest friends in this way, and we’ve been friends for 16 years this November ☺️☺️☺️

        I just finished episode 7 yesterday, so the upcoming latter half of the drama is also about to go down, and I’ve heard that the show completely does a 180 in the latter half, but I do admit that I have much patience with dramas, so we shall see what happens 😅😅
