I would have thought in the ancient times this process of going overseas, waiting, sending word to come back, and actually coming back would have taken at least fifty years!
Actually like the West rather than just he US. Korean diaspora now covers a lot of the world with heavy emphasis on North America and Western Europe. And this go around the wheel of history, sons and daughters, both…thumbs up and out hitching a ride on the tides of history.
