I still have 2 episodes (4 if we’re going by 35- minutes each episode) before I am fully caught up on “Spring Night”, but even at this point, my heart and mind can’t decide or see if I want or can see a full fledged “happy ending” for Jeong In & Ji Ho…. At first, I wanted one, but as I go deeper, I find that I’m actually okay if we don’t get the stock Kdrama happy ending for these 2 because it’s more fitting of their situation, the story telling of this drama, and more true to life— not everything in life has to be or is a happy ending… I think, after “Pretty Noona…”, all I ask is for consistency and growth and learned-ness in our characters, and I think I can be happy with whatever ending we will be given…. The airing of episodes is at the drama’s halfway point, and I am also almost caught up to that point as well in my watching, and I’m excited about all the unknowns of this drama a Kdrama that isn’t predictable and filled to the brim with tropes??? *gasp* the world is about to implode!!! 😏😏😏😏) and looking forward to where we are heading 😊😊😊
