I’ve been craving for kimchi jiggae for weeks and finally I made it last night. The happiness from a simple tuna kimchi jiggae is just…. indescribable 😋😋😋 I learnt to eat kimchi after watching so many kdramas and seeing how every meal must have kimchi. It was a love at first bite you guys 😘😘 The crunchy texture with a bit of spiciness and sourness, it is a perfect combination to me. Over the years, I learn how to make it (maangchi ftw) but since I am not exactly a hardworking person, I mostly just buy it. Hahaha. But I think I do need to make a batch this weekend since I use my last kimchi last night and the local mart near my house suddenly stop stocking the type of brand that I like….
