No I don’t think it was on purpose either. I was just thinking that if the source could be identified, then you could take steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Either way, hope he recovers quickly, and is back home soon.

Oh no! Who would do such a thing? That’s horrible! I hope your kitty makes it through. Hugs to you and I have just hugged my two kitties a bit tighter today.
I’m hoping it was a poisonous plant, or something sprayed with weed killer – rather than someone putting poison out. But people have been known to do that…
Kitty isn’t doing well at all, I’m afraid. He had acute renal failure and has to be kept in hospital for at least 2 days while they try to flush out his kidneys.

Vet said that it could have been a poisonous plant, or something that the neighbours put weed killer on.
I don’t want to think that anybody could have tried to poison a pet on purpose.
