The first time I saw Park Ji-yeon was in Life as a compassionate yet no-nonsense ER doctor. I almost didn’t recognize her in Haechi afterwards, when she played as a kindhearted and playful concubine (which is a welcome change for that kind of character). Turned out, she is a musical actress with sweet voice. She is reunited with Lee Kyu-hyung in this play as the leading lady whom he secretly in love with. Sigh… How I wish I can watch this performance live.
