I binged Level Up and I like pretty much every character in this kooky little show except the second female lead who’s a f*cking psycho. Girlfriend needs to let go, she’s acting like a child.
It definitely doesn’t focus on romance, though the male lead clearly does like the female lead. I actually really like that it isn’t a straight romance, though I wouldn’t be surprised of they push it a bit more in the last eps. But overall it’s mostly focused on the work and the male leads emotional development.
This is cool. I would appreciate it if they leave it a bit open ended with a hint of romance.
I really like how they got a bit close but still be professional at work.
They both try to understand and respect each other.
Same. Especially because the make lead was so emotionally constipated that it feels like it would be rushing things to have a full blown romance at this point. I also love that his emotional growth isn’t tied solely to the female lead, and it’s genuine change from within. I’m always a bit wary when it’s on the female character to make the male character a better person.

Spoiler request: Is it true there is little to no romance? *gasp* Do they become friendly colleagues?

I bet it’s coming. But they are not forcing it. It’s is very gradual and starts with understanding each other.

I think so, everything I’ve seen says it’s only 12 episodes.

Thank you both! I think I’ll give it a try. Understated romance + professional at work is something that I have been craving 😊
