@thatstp, @geliguolu, @hebang Mother of Mine. Y’all, I am feeling some kind of way. Sun ja is not gonna make it to the end of this series, is she. It feels foreshadowing now.

Huh? I’m still behind. If anyone needs to die, it’s in Sook.

    What foreshadowing did you see?

The eps from today doesn’t have Sun ja any better. She is doing a ton of coughing, telling Mi ri that she is gonna raise her and Tae ju’s kid and the previews have her telling her brother she wants to live another 50 years.

Oh, and In suk is alive and living with Mi Ri for the time being and her telling In suk she needs to live to see her grandchild.

      *sigh*

It’s gonna be some crazy melodramatic climax but I think she’ll survive.

I would like them to kill off Tae Ju’s father already.

No matter the drama, that kind of evil always survives.

But I do see either coma or a debilitating stroke.

Not always…in White Lie the villain dies at the end. May be it’s the limitations of my viewing history, but I thought the villain died fairly often in makjangs.

See, I don’t see him as the villain, just a idiot. Sure he has a ton of money but there is not much else there. All he does is yell and will not admit his wife is stressing him out with that BS. He would rather have a young wife than get his house in order. All bark and no bite which is why I predict stroke.

I really want to see his wife go first
They’re both kind of bad but the wife is pissing me off🤦‍♀️

Well, it’s pretty explicit now. Small hospital doctor tells patient to go to a big hospital and get tested soonest. That’s pretty certain sentence of doom…

Right???!!! Leave it to the show to do that.

They better not kill Sun Ja!!! In my eyes she has only one fault, trying to make Mi Hye marry Jae Bum.

It’s almost like this show is gonna force Mi ri and In suk to be mother and daughter whether they want to or not.

And I can see why Sun ja wants Mi hye to marry Jae bum, I still don’t know why she and publisher dude are together. More than halfway through the series and the make no sense and do not have anything in common. And what they are going through now, does not help their case.

All I see is her being selfish. Sun Ja wants Jae Bum because she loves him. Completely overlooking the fact that Mi Hye does not. Sun Ja is only thinking of what would make her happy but Mi Hye is totally different from her mom so she would be miserable. Opposites attract and having everything in common does not guarantee happiness, ask my ex-husband. But I totally agree about what they are going through. Well, I won’t say totally. Mi Hye is pushing the marriage issue and they’ve barely gone on one date. He is being open to the possibility but she wants assurances. She doesn’t even know if after dating him for a few months if she’ll like him. All of that because Sun Ja is pushing her to get married. Jae Bum is a good dude but not every woman wants his kind of love. I would feel suffocated.

Peter told Woo Jin the truth. She could date him and end up marrying someone else, then he will feel stooopid. I say that every time a character goes off to “find” themselves or follow their dreams. You have every right to do that and should absolutely put your own happiness first when you’re single. However, don’t be mad when the person you love and that loved you has moved on.

I’ve always felt that women want marriage when they find the right person while men want marriage when they feel it’s the right time.

In Suk was petty with “tell the chairman congratulations”. I think that is the only time I’ve liked her.

Can someone please explain why Hye Mi and her dimwitted, crooked, lazy ass brother feel entitled to Hansung Apparel? Not only are they not Hans, but they would also drive it into the ground. The stock already took a hit because of a rumor that Tae Ju was quitting. Employees would probably quit and vendors would bail if either one of them took over. The chairman needs to stop letting little chairman lead him around or he will lose everything he’s built.

I honestly can do without Mi Sun, her man-child of a husband and bratty daughter.

The chairman made it impossible for her to get alimony if she wanted to walk away (remember how he shut everything down when she was in the states and was caught getting close to someone else). And for all her BS, I really believe that she adores her kid and is never going to leave him. That kid is the only good thing about her and she has been smart in that regard. He seems polite and social. I just wish that Tae ju was kinder to him though. He was brought into this world through no fault of his own and you would think he would empathize with Tae hu in that regard.

And the chairman knows, just like you said, that he will lose everything if her and her ilk take over. I mean, he had about as much enthusiasm as getting a root canal when he told his brother in law to return to work. That is why his bark means nothing and Tae ju knows it.

I am sick of Mi sun’s former co workers as well. I mean….that have spoken to and worked with Mi sun before, right? There is a reason her and her husband have lasted this long and he was not the sole reason she left. I see where their daughter gets that guilt game from.

I agree about Tae Ho in regards to his mom and Tae Ju. I was glad Tae Ju finally smiled and greeted his little brother warmly. Maybe Tae ju is seeing things differently since he is going to become a father.
