#LoveAlarm Saw first episode without knowing what this drama was about, but what just happened? So he went after her because his man has a crush on her? Why is this rated mature? And why does Netflix not let me screencap????????!!!!! 😡😡

😪 10 more hours to go till I see episode 2…

It was in my recommendations. But not happy about splitting it to seasons.

Netflix had this series popped up this morning so I went ahead and checked it out!

Gahhhh!!! I didn’t know this was one of those series again that were split into many seasons 😵😵 no wonder it only had 8 episodes. I can’t wait to watch more!

Hope you’ll check this out and let me know what you think of the first episodes! I don’t know what I think of it yet, but I’m intrigued that they seemed to be like schoolmates with benefits? 😆 hard to tell what they really are by the end of episode 1 and which way does the male lead swing……..

I did not realize it was TVMA. So will definitely check it out. Wink 🙂

@mayhemf 😅 right! I was like where tf is the kiss. I really don’t get why this is mature. I watched netflix’s Mature shows and ep 1 was no where near it 🤦‍♀️

I checked a couple of kdramas that were marked as mature on Netflix – Something in the rain and Arthdal Chronicles. Heh.

I understand Arthdal – it had violence and gore with a lot of head slicing killing etc.
Something in the rain – hmmmm. Because of workplace harassment and stalking by ex bf? Kissing and bed scenes were not explicit. Weird.

Got home and checked the first episode. Ok, am not sure if their friendship is real or there is some hidden undercurrent.
Looks like he liked her because she stared at him? Or he likes her because his friend likes her.
I don’t get this love alarm. So bizarre 🙂
I like the fact that I don’t know who the male lead is. So I might watch one more episode to see if I want to continue.

I honestly thought they were a gay couple, no? Or maybe it’s Sun Ho who’s gay. He’s really possessive of Hye Yeong – demanding him to do this, do that; quit his job now that he’s back. I know Korean men are touchy to each other, but something about their relationship seems to be not pure platonic. I honestly thought the mom would freak out to see them in the same bed lol.

Anyways I don’t think he likes her. He wants to get her because Hye Yeong’s attention is on her.

I thought they knew each other. Turns out they didn’t since Jojo asked him if he knew her from somewhere

Yes, it’s pretty bizarre! I read what the plot is about on MDL and it’s so vague! It didn’t really capture what happened in the pilot episode. And the concept of love alarm isn’t exactly detailed either. I’ll see too how far I’ll stick around but I found ep 1 intriguing.

It never occurred to me!! But now that you tell me, may be.
I saw second episode and kinda like what I see.
I have a feeling this will turn dark soon.

@mayhemf thanks for the heads up! glad to know it’s kinda good. lol I am starting ep 2 now…

RE: dark – UH-OH. is that what “mature” is about….. hmf. I didn’t watch Arthdal, so I`m glad to know I didn’t cuz gory stuff aren’t my thing. I agree with you on Something in the Rain – perhaps the workplace/bf plot made it rated as mature. It’s kind of triggering in a sense.

Huehehhehehe omg I’m laughing so hard at my complete nonsense theory after finishing this show! My theory is no where near what happened and you are correct, It was really love at first sight for Sun Oh at the bus stop! Smh. I should have known kdramas can’t be that complex in touching on what they deemed taboo subjects. They’re simply just two bestfriends who fell for same girl. One was aggressive enough to make a move, while the other stayed in the background, pining. 😪
