It’s been approximately 21.5 hours since I’ve decided to stop eating junk food, and now people are starting to look like giant walking Snickers bars to me. Let’s see how long this lasts.
Hang in there for one week. The insane craving will go away suddenly. It will leave you weak and defeated but at least it will get easier from then on.
Don’t give up. Have something healthy when you are craving. Like have some banana with raw honey when you crave for something very sweet.
Just get creative with your cooking and you will find all this so satisfying when you finally ditch the bad habits.
