World is so uplifting
1. US president desperately wants tornado to visit the state which is not even on its path so that he will be proven right
2. China’s pandora box is better closed
3. Brazil’s PM is amazingly unnihilistic – let’s kill all trees and tribals to make way for processed meat!
4. Venezuela has sunk from most prosperous to in utter crisis
5. Argentina was always a problem. South America is a problem
6. Mexico is a problem
7. South Africa has nigeria thing going on
8. Malaysia lost its money on psy concerts and britney spears and hilton
9. Nepal, SL.. Asian pearl – too small, too corrupted, usual condition
10. Middle East is four families.. We don’t care.. Those aren’t countries, but private real estate
11. Russia has a man who is immortal
12. Pakistan in such dire situations is busy fighting for “height of stupidity” record
13. India just sent their finance minister to jail on corruption charges (ok.. Ex minister) – tip of iceberg
14. South Korea is leading the world on women sexxual abuse and other problems

We have a prime mister who won’t step down and wasn’t heavily punished by the law for his several ethics violations…. China still has Canadians detained in their country because Canada wouldn’t let Huawei executive go. In the eyes of other nationals, we welcome terrorists and illegal immigrants with open arms….

Aren’t you being too optimistic?? Two of the places you mention seem on their way to becoming Chinese vassal states, one will be bought by the US, and one *censoredbecauseevenIhavelimitsonhowmuchIwilloffendpeople*

Not to mention that apart from being Chinese outpost Australia’s treatment of refugees (Manus Island) is equally cruel and inhuman as USA .

        hang on!
        a) punishment? what punishment – what are you guys even rallying about? what the govt did was abolish 370 (explain how is that wrong) – and only then can you understand why extremist reaction is wrong

        b) small number of militants? i think kashmir’s history is too deep and complex to say a small number of militants is a problem.. NO.. it is a much larger problem.. again.. you can answer this question if you answer why abolishing 370 was wrong.. or why is it right for kashmir to have the discriminatory laws that it does .. or why was it right for muslim kashmir to burn down houses , kill people , and chase hindu kashmiris out of their home ( this isn’t some small group problem but a full fledged propaganda which has been growing for decades now)

        c) I have been to the area so this i can say for sure.. cutting out communication is not a problem, nor is it out of norm.. for better context kashmir of 90s may provide deeper insight – it is so much more controlled now
Kashmir does not even allow pre paid connections because of how much of misuse happens.. this is a whole different discussion

and again, in context of things.. first answer why abolishing 370 was wrong.. and then you will automatically find answers to all these questions

        d) violence against kashmiris.. if you really have to deep dive.. then it is older.. as old as in 50s and 60s. .. i am sure there was a reason why kashmir did not want to side with Pakistan and begged India to help ..

again.. answer why 370 should not have been abolished.. and then you will yourself get answer to whether the retaliation and precautions to curb a bigger potential problem is right or wrong

        **************************
Can you even imagine if govt. does not take these measures, what is the extent of riots and killings will happen over the decision..

You should be asking questions on why there is a negative reaction over abolishing 370 that demands people to take measures for or against violence.. why is violence even being anticipated.. give me one good reason for why Kashmir should enjoy current special status on behalf of economic and social degradation of an entire state.. and explain me WHY is this even PAKISTAN’s problem (removing 370 that is.. everything comes later … if no violence were anticipated, none of these precautions would be too )

I didn’t even mention art 370, why should I explain it? Nothing is a good excuse to human rights violation, that’s my point.

          1
          2

kashmir issue is what was mentioned right.. that’s how it started.. kashmir issue is linked to 370.. that is why or how things started

There is NO HUMAN RIGHTS violation.. and that fancy UN report is full of wrong perspective.. and until and unless you don’t answer the question on 370 , you cannot judge why is what happening today..

if these steps are not taken, like i said, there would be mass riots and killings and then the govt. would have been questioned as to why they didn’t take steps to prevent it.. govt has been proactive and fairly effective in curbing the unrest (which is not a long term solution and govt also knows that.. because political powers are at stake the perpetrators will find an opening sooner or later to stage a mass unrest)

Isn’t India doing worse to Kashmir rn? But i guess you just gace a gist of how everyone’s doomed. Well yeah Nordics, Singapore, Netherlands (also Canada but doesn’t seem the case after the comments above-strong PR holds it high) are all I hear from people and not PR are tolerant societies and good places to live in. But hiw long will they hold? I decided to look for job opportunities in SG too but have been discouraged for now even that is crowded by people shifting there so lesser employment opportunities in return.

lol.. i am not sure if you are even aware of kashmir issue if you are asking that question. India is not doing anything wrong.. and the “kashmir” that is in question is part of its own territory.. so technically it is nobody’s business..

and what India has done is very much legal, non violent, and democratic. India spend 10% of their budget to a territory within its boundary that excludes and does not follow any of iNdian laws.. instead the political system was so corrupt that it gave Pakistan (another country) rights that a territory’s own government/country should have.. e.g. If you marry Indian, you will lose all rights in Kashmir; If you marry pakistani, he gains all kashmir rights..

I am surprised people are not researching this topic fully despite all countries and g7 clearly saying it is India’s internal matter

India has problems but Kashmir ain’t one of that.. this was much needed for them

Netherlands and Denmark are really case studies.. they have done really well
singapore became difficult long back .. i think 2013 onwards..but then people still move.. so guess a game of destiny and right opportunity

There is always going to be one side of the news or other that reaches all of us, you and me included. While it might be in India’s territory, I am not hearing that it’s non violent and one would have to defy logic and history to think it’ll be non violent.

        1
        2

          Nah.. i did my research..
violence is not from India.. Kashmir is growing ISIS domain and all terrorism from Pak is routed through that..

Plus, the politicians will not go down without creating a ruckus, and you have to follow the history of the political families to know their stand (not in favour of people).. so keeping them on house arrest is imperative..

The problem is sooner or later, there is going to be series of attacks (unwarranted, unnecessary) from Pakistan (which they themselves are claiming in their news)

          0
          0

plus, if you look at the core issue.. there is really no good reason for India to not do what it wants to do.

It is simple, Kashmir can’t keep asking for benefit without any responsibility. If they have so much problem, they should rally for being an independent country and not expect India to spend money on them.. But that is not happening.. and they have always avoided being under complete control of Pakistan.. then what reason remains to grant them an autonomy with equal rights to that of a citizen and why should they get a special treatment under one democracy and one constitution

So it ok to dole out collective punishment on Kashmir because small number of militants group? Arresting thousand of people just before blackout, cutting out communication network, arresting doctor who warned that blackout can cause death among patients, that’s not democracy that police state.
And this violence against Kashmiris is dated way before “ISIS influence”, didn’t you heard at least about Kunan Poshpora?

ha ha.. i’d to google it up to understand what you were saying..

well atleast the country is topping “Happiest Country to live in” rankings consecutively for years now..

and i think last year or in 2017, they even abolished/ended their PR/greencard system (like it won’t be a regular process.. but if ever a need arises to get people to immigrate only then will they open it for application)

life is tough!.. should have been just born amoeba.. simple sweet life (hoping they aren’t extinct)

“well atleast the country is topping “Happiest Country to live in” rankings consecutively for years now..”

And if I remember Chief Kim correctly, also Lowest Crime Rate? Or Lowest Corruption Rate… I don’t remember which exactly…

      also i should add..
kashmir i don’t think govt is wrong is abolishing 370
but India does have communalism problem and mass riots that keep happening.. its a rotten system, just as so many other countries (so yeah corruption ain’t the only problem)

Seriously!!!!.. somebody send me to Nordic.. anywhere!
