Beanies this teacher got really angry at me and took her frustration out on me. She actually hung up on me, didn’t pick up me calls and seenzoned my texts. I should be ignoring her and moving on but no teacher has talked to me this way and I am finding it really hard to get this incident out of my head. What do you guys do when you need to let go of or ignore what people say?
Talk it out with family and friends? I usually feel an imperative to DO something, which often ends up not being the best idea 🙄 It works out better for me to get other people’s views on the situation and not assume that I was 100% right about it.

Do something that requires lot of attention. Like play games? watch dramas? anyway Don’t let it get to you…
