So when I was a high school student, I liked this guy in my class. He was my ballroom partner for a school event and that’s just how it started. I wrote him poems and letters and they’re the kind that make me cringe just by reminiscing them. Anyway, he mentioned how much he wanted a guinea pig and I thought it would be the perfect gift! I saved up my allowance to buy the guinea pig just in time for his birthday. Birthday came and there was a thunderstorm. It was raining heavily and the streets were flooded, about knee deep. Well, that didn’t stop my raging love so I decided to challenge it and walked to his house. A good friend of mine accompanied me and got just as soaked. Seriously, it was raining so hard we thought we would die. Friend: “This is my only uniform and it’s wet! Even my underwear is soaked!” By some miracle, we made it to the house and I gave him his present plus a poem. We sat there and talked and he thanked me, his eyes seemed to promise forever.
I was just thinking, has there been a rom-com-melo about a nice guy (because how could you not be if you love guinea pigs and waltzing) liking two equally nice girls? The angst would kill me! The story would be told from their 3 perspectives speaking of same scenarios (this one would of course be included!) And your best friend here would actually be the one he ends up marrying.
LOL the ending! I was expecting an umbrella scene, from about 20 different angles, and a beautiful guinea pig confession but if poetry and a fluffy rodent didn’t win him over he was definitely not a keeper anyway

I have to tell you that I was super worried about the fate of that guinea pig during your trek through flooded streets.

Guinea pig survived the rain! It had a cage. Unfortunately didn’t survive the years. 🙁

It’s a common state of mind. Mostly people recover and become mature adults.

Thank goodness we do recover. I wouldn’t want to be that way ever again. Still, it becomes awesome late night talks with friends over drinksA

To make it more makjang: Because the nice guy couldn’t choose there will be a voting like Mnet’s Produce series. Who deserves to be wifey? Vote now!
