The progression of WuXian and SiZhui’s relationship was one of my favorite arc in this drama. From his very first appearance, I couldn’t help but to dub SiZhui as the younger version of Lan WangJi. Kind, righteous, calm, and collected. He seemed perfect to be Lan QiRen’s favorite disciple in his generation. I mean, just look at the way he handled Mo XuanYu’s crazy antics in the 1st eps.
But as the drama progressed, we saw more of SiZhui that made me love him even more. Like his sass that made even WuXian speechless.
The way he protected his Senior Wei despite all the evil things he heard about Yiling Patriarch. (Boy has a sound judgment. I’m so proud!)
Their reunion in the last eps gave me so much feels. I had a good laugh at the way he cutely tattled to WangJi about WuXian’s “teaching” in his younger days.
And of course, this sweet sweet hug by the end. I’m so glad they found each other again by the end of this journey. *sniffles*

I love all of mama WWX’s ducklings, but especially sweet A-Yuan. I had been waiting for their reunion and wasn’t disappointed ❤

I love that when they were in Yi City, without knowing exactly why Sizhui told WWX that he felt reassured by WWX’s presence just like LGJ. *tears

That scene made me so happy even in the middle of Xue Yang crisis.
SiZhui: “You are so similar to Han Guang-jun.”
WuXian: “Eh? Am I?”
