    It’s kinda unclear but that’s what I think. He turned the sword like he was going to make another move with it (and he had wedged it into the rock). He’s a cultivator so he wouldn’t have missed stabbing WWX if that was his intent. And WWX got a look of shock before throwing himself back. So I think JC was going to break the rock, tumbling both of them down, which is why WWX threw himself away so he could save LZ.

      That’s my take too, which makes it so much sadder. 🥺🥺🥺 i half expected LZ to jump after WWX when I rewatched that scene.

    Apparently, WYB asked how he was going to act out this scene and the director said that he should imagine it was his motorcycle dropping off the cliff. It worked! 😅😂
    Sorry, if burst the drama bubble, because now whenever I watch this scene, that’s all I remember and I can’t help but laugh.

          This is kind of sad tbh but I had heard from Untamed Beanies about the one moment when, at a race, his bike had some mechanical problems so he couldn’t continue racing. And was forced to sit on the sideline, crying with his helmet on so his fans wouldn’t see it. 😭
