I would probably say ๋ฑ๋ฑ์ ์๊ฒฝ ์ธ ๋ ๋์ด ๋ณด์ฌ์. When saying that something looks a certain way, you conjugate the verb that describes how it looks and put ๋ณด์ด๋ค (to be visible/seen) after it.
I definitely agree that the glasses make him look older although I don’t think they make him look 46 😂
