It’s amazing and at the same time frustrating how they construct Baek Kyung’s character. When I start to think he could be melting and become softer, they made him even worse than before with that smirk and harsh words toward Dan-Oh (esp. behind her back).
We should get to see the ‘real’ him in the next episode. Let’s see how he’ll turn out to be. But considering the preview, I wouldn’t have my hope up too high. I honestly think he might be about the same.

His words: “I’m just toying with her” is the meanest thing. Though, he could just be messing with Ha-Ru.

They gave a glimpse of redemption in episode 12…and then they snatched it away!
