But also remember that he’s isolated himself from people and society for 10+ years, which also means that he’s probably slow on the uptake in social cues, regardless if he’s on the receiving or giving end… There are people who are socially awkward and miss social cues on a regular basis– I have a number of friends who are like this– let alone someone who’s consciously been isolating himself from others and society XD
