I think that because its a manhwa world, Danoh knew nothing would happen to her. Eventually, by the time Haru appeared, the cars and people just vanished. It was empty, as you’d expect such a small world to be.
That makes sense. There was a scene in a previous episode where Baek-kyung’s dad ordered him to get off the car in the middle of the road. I was really worried that ToD would appear, but now that I think of it, there were no cars at all! Lol.
