Doctor John.

@gadis tell me why I have fallen for this show and watched 2 episodes in one sitting?! Because I don’t know!

Ji Sung isn’t acting as dramatically cool and snobbish as I had feared. Lee Se Young isn’t a naive bright-eyed newcomer as I had feared. They aren’t just diagnosing and treating rare deseases left and right, not yet at least. On the whole it doesn’t seem to be as bad as I had feared… up till now…

That show is a mystery, I swear. I… don’t love it (and it’s the kind of the drama where the writer only cared about the main leads’ character development, which should have made me drop it within the first few weeks, but somehow I didn’t), but I couldn’t stop watching it either.

It’s not as dramatic as many other medical dramas out there. And those doctors are actually nice people, which is kind of refreshing after sooo many stories about corrupt hospitals. And yeah, I found a new love there in the form of Dr. Lee Yoo-joon (please tell me if you found yourself falling for this effortlessly charming guy).

Apart from the doctors, the prison guards and the prisoners in these 2 episodes have been mostly nice people too, which was also quite refreshing to watch.

Is Dr LYJ that guy with a slight beard? YES! I fell for him in maybe two minutes! Actually I have a soft spot for sensible and capable characters who are quick to acknowledge mistakes and he was shown to be that way immediately.

I came for Ji Sung (OPPAAAAA), but stayed for Dr. Lee + Mi Rae + the cat. I savored whatever little scene I could get.

Heh. I came for Lee Kyu-hyung (who was so underutilized there) and stayed for that cute couple too.

Agree on Lee Kyu-Hyung. At least his is better than Jo No Min, who plays the dad. He was not utilized at all.
