    I’ve not watched tons of kdramas this year but out of the ones I’ve seen my favorite has been Search WWW. A close contender is Secret Life of my Secretary.

    Kdrama : Be Melodramatic/Melo is my nature/Melo suits me (it is one show, it just has several titles).
    Taiwanese drama: Yong Jiu Grocery store (I know you didn’t ask for it but it’s a gem, also better than many kdramas, do give it a try).

    My favorite so far is the hilarious Pegasus Market, which incidentally is short (only 12 hours), so you could almost sort-of cheat and also sneak in one of my also-funny runners-up:

    Be Melodramatic although www:search query was good too in terms of the females’ characters, if you can handle gore and scary things I recommend hell is other people , perfume is good too .
