Synopsis: April 1894. The Donghak Peasant Revolution is in full swing. Baek Yi-kang, now head of the Donghak Vanguard, is put in charge of guarding the walls of Jeonju from the government forces. Every night, however, he loses men because of a deadly sniper, whom the peasants have nicknamed “Ogre”. The situation escalates when international forces enter the stage. Joseon is in a crisis.

This show really deserved full recaps but at least I made it to the halfway mark, almost. It has a total of 48 episodes, or 24 hour-long episodes. I cannot recommend it highly enough!
