Junshan for making her run around town to meet him as Xiang Xiang and then Liangchen 😓 Just let her be! Or tell her that you know her indentity already insted of making her uncomfortable.
Yep. We did not like Junshan around this time. He was a good contender for Xiang Xiang, but I liked that the writer made a clear stance on who she wanted to be with Xiang Xiang when it was time to choose between them. Because Junshan turned alpha with her, it made us realize that Yanzhen loved her for who she was without asking her to change for him. He confessed his feelings to her twice along with such a grandiose displays of his affection, but never once did he go behind her back and plot against to make her come to him.
I also like that even if Junshan made her squirm, she had managed to get the ānoā out when he asked to date her. She never rejected Yanzhen 😏
And Xiaojun, bless her heart, for speaking the words Xiang Xiang couldnāt say out loud to us – she is scared of Junshan courting her because she loves Yanzhen Thank you best girlfriend. Thank you. 💘
I was a little scared that she would choose Junshan tbh😭 but so relieved that she didn’t. I did not like it at all how he turned alpha and only started to care more for her when he realised she was a girl. Yanzhen really loves her for who she is, it’s so beautiful. Also really like that Yanzhen never goes behind her back and plotting like Junshan did.
Agreed, but also who can really reject Yanzhen? 😏😏 So happy that she is comfortable enough to express how she feels around Yanzhen and just to fully be herself around him.

I really loved it, Purpleink. All those times they were āfight flirtingā, training together, their happy and troubled times, his heartfelt confession, and whatever happened in their dorm behind closed doors that we were not privy to, they all built up and turned into good memories for Xiang Xiang. She reminisced all those times in episode 38, and Iāve got to admit I had tears seeing how those moments with Yanzhen became beautiful memories for her. I was totally a goner. 💘
Now I’m more sad over all the otp scenes that did not make it to the drama 😭 I also had tears in my eyes wathing her remembering all those moments with Yanzhen, one could just feel her love and fondness of him then. It’s so well done I’m amazed. They just fit togehter so well ❤

Amazing episode, wasnāt it? 😆 It took a while, but so worth it to see her realization that she needed Yanzhen in her life because she loved him. Life is just not the same anymore without him. He brings her comfort with all his crazy, wild shenanigans. 🥰 She was her most self when she was with him. And she missed him and found herself lonely and alone without him.
Yes it was a really good episode! One could really see and feel how much she missed him when she was in the empty new room😭 Loved that Yanzhen went out to look after the button the threw away after he got to know she changes rooms💔 And when she saw him and she found it and gash..😭😭
Yanzhenās character continues to amaze me. Seriously. He is a goofy most times, but we saw that he too has a limit and Xiang Xiang really pushed his button this time. He ended up screaming at her because she was not responding when he asked her questions again, he even threw out that token that was so special to him, and he was letting her go one more time. His love for her really took a toll on him.
His emotions were one big mess that day and so high that once he had calm down, he regretted throwing out that precious token from her. 😭 And Iām glad Xiang Xiang finally saw how serious he was with his feelings for her. It was never a joke to begin with. *Cue OST* Iām grateful in this life. I have you with me 😭
Was really suprised when he yelled at her, did not expect that at all. But it’s understandable. I admire him for letting her go and not forcing himself on her, he really respects Xiang Xiang. When Yanzhen threw out the button I acually gasped out load, thinking he would regret it (which he did).
I’m also glad that Xiang Xiang was the one who found it, 13infamyss. And then when the ost started to play my heart just broke for them 💔😭 So happy that she finally starts to realise how real Yanzhens feeling acually are ❤😭😭😭
