Please add some core exercises to your day (ab crunches, plank…) to get rid of that back pain. Maybe a few stretches too. *looks for a Sung Min type* Sorry, can’t seem to locate a Sung Min type near me, but maybe there’s one lurking near you just waiting for the opportunity to help.
ssong: *hears an advice to do some exercise and stretching*
Kidding aside, I badly need a Sung-min detector because I couldn’t find one online or near me or probably that Sung-min just doesn’t show he cares for me jk. HAHAHA. I should probably start exercising little by little. Thank you, @mugyuljoie! ❤
I’d like to say it gets better, but there’s a lot of days where tiredness is the status quo. If possible, I’d recommend walking around to stretch your legs. Maybe take a short walk in between classes if you can, depending on your schedule. Long classes plus a commute can contribute to the tiredness as well.
I actually love walking but climbing up the stairs to the laboratories (3rd floor) is exhausting since the stairs are reaaaaaaaaally challenging (because each floor has high ceiling). I tried walking some more earlier today to condition myself and it felt really good!

I only attended 2 days worth of not-so-heavy classes at my university and I am already tired.
Can I have my own Sung-min who will catch my head when I am THIS TIRED?
And my daily commute is also killing me. I am too young to experience back pains but here I am.
But I’m still fine… I guess…
PS. I sincerely thank all the Beanies who wished me luck on my post yesterday. Beanies are the best!

Just a few minutes of exercise and stretching to avoid the pain. Really, a few crunches, not 100, might make a huge difference.
Someone should patent a Sung Min detector.

If someone does patent a (working) Sung-min detector, that person should mention me. I am willing to buy. HAHA
