I would like to change the email address I use for this account. The old email I used is no longer valid. I had that email for years and it was associated with the cable company in my area. I moved a good while ago. When I tried to access my old email account, I could no longer do so. I couldn’t go through the process to change my password (I was logging in with the correct info, but was getting an error message, so I thought I’d try my luck by changing my password), but I needed to provide an account number, which for obvious reasons, I did not have. My problem is that I cannot change the email address on my Beanie accunt because I need to click on a link sent to my old email. Since I cannot access that email, I cannot make any changes. Does anyone know what I could do? Thanks!
See this would have been a good question for Mary, and she would have answered it right away. Maybe @db-staff will get back to you with an answer, but I think you might have to make a new account. 🙁
You’re right. I was trying to log out of this account, but the drop down menu was blocked by a message forcing me to subscribe to the Beanie Box updates. I could not log out at all, until I filled out my email information and clicked “subscribe.” I decided to access my old email to unsubscribe from the updates (since I was forced to accept them in the first place). That’s when I noticed that I could no longer access my old email. This upsets me. I will try sending my original query to the DB staff. Thanks for your suggestion. Is Mary no longer on this site? Sorry for being out of the loop.
Hey if nothing else works and if you have to make a new account then as a precautionay measure i guess you should delete some stuff from this account. Just giving a heads up because that email isn’t in your use anymore. Otheriwse i was about to tag db staaf too but i guess emailing DB as given down below works the fastest.
