The addition of Shin Sung Rok to Master in the House seems so natural (as Seung Gi commented). Such fun antics!

    I really should pick up this show. I LOVED the episode when he guest stared and he was the «spokesperson» for Seung Gi and Sang Yoon hahahahaha

    I only watched MITH early eps when it first aired and didn’t continue (I remember watching BoA and the trip to Vietnam where they ate lemons with the football coach), I picked it back up after SSR joined the cast (the dancing king ep) and thought he blended in well with the members, it helps that he’s already close with both LSG and LSY from previous projects.

    I did read comments on some sites that they don’t like SSR’s addition to the original cast. Imo, it’s always hard to join an established cast. The comments are mild for now. I hope it doesn’t get any worse and the viewers can give him a chance too.

      I guess I’m not surprised that there are negative comments because the original team is strong. I am just happy that Sung Rok is having fun with the group. The cheerleading episodes were hilarious and impressive!
      It a similar way , I was skeptical of a new 1N2D cast when the show returned this season. But I am pleasantly surprised at how amicable the new members are and how hard they try. And of course the coffee/fish sauce prank never grows old! 😃

        I need to catch up with 1n2ds. It’s a good thing they revamped the show with a new cast instead of keeping the old cast and adding a few new members. The new cast are fun. Some are variety newbies and their immediate reactions are hilarious to watch. I sense KSH will get a KBS variety newcomer award. Hahaha

        I recall 1n2ds s4 was not well recieved by fans of S3. I watched 1n2ds since s1, and imo the show can survive with any cast as long as the cast have great chemistry. What happened to S3 was unfortunate. 1n2ds has experienced so many cast changes for many reasons, some worse than the others. I’m glad the show didn’t die and was revived.
