Ghost Detective Ep 3 spoiler/question in comment

Was it necessary for her to have special powers too? It feels a bit forced for her to see ghosts like the ep 4 teaser says AND have her have this power of seeing/feeling the thoughts and last scenes of a dead being. It’s a bit early and I’m assuming it’s necessary for her to have powers but I wish they introduced it in the beginning or something 🤔

She didn’t really have that much screentime in the first 2 episodes. Also doesn’t seem she likes using her powers. She only decided to do it because the detective seemed desperate. Speaking of, did it seem like he knows about it? Because he asked how much time do you need? Or maybe it’s just me.
I think it’s good if she has powers too. She can help these guys. But it does seem like so many people have supernatural ability (but this is dramaland.)

The bigger mystery for me is why Da il can’t touch doorknobs but can’t pass through solid doors either. Shouldn’t he be able to pass through them? Also how is he able to sit on solid objects? We saw that ball passing right through him. Also he was dirty when he dug himself out (also doesn’t seem possible. Don’t ghosts usually look clean regardless of their body’s state? I’ve seen many hospital or accident scenes like that). But the rain cleaned him?

I know this are all stupid questions. But it’s really difficult for me to understand the rules in this show.

I had the same thoughts when Da il was trying to grab the doorknob and was urging him ‘just walk thru the door!’. Maybe he was still figuring it out when all of a sudden he was in the room next to his friend.
yes, there are a few glaring holes where we viewers have to do some serious suspension of disbelief and just go with the flow. At least I hope it gets a little better as he figures out why he is still around.
          still, it’s creeeeeppppyyyy but fun.

I don’t think the detective knows of her powers yet… I mean he didn’t believe in seeing the red lady from Yeowool whom he seems to have a crush-but-I’m-in-denial thing. But who know, this is dramaland. I’m glad she can be an additional help but it just seemed a bit disjointed to have her have this power so randomly.

I thought the same thing too! Can’t touch doorknobs but leans against doors/walls?

Also, his stomach growled too! What is up with that? He just told Yeowool he doesn’t need to sleep or eat yet he wants to eat kimbap??

And one last thing… Yeowool didn’t normally see ghosts yet she was THAT unfazed that DaIl was a ghost??? That was really weird to me.

Small parts of weird writing that don’t really add up but if this writer/director duo is as good as they kind of seem maybe we’ll get answers.. if not we’ll just have to make up our own answers 🙃

Yeah totally forgot about that! How could she be so calm when it’s the second time she’s had such an encounter? I think the family has some kind of powers. Even her sister lost her hearing after her parents accident. Maybe she has an idea about such stuff because her sister told her?
